TURKS Customer Care is the customer care and feedback mechanism of Zenarosa Foods Corporation (“We” or “ZFC”), under the following brand “TURKS”. ZFC is the Personal Information Controller, as defined under Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, responsible for ensuring the privacy of the personal information you provide through the use of this feedback system. As such Personal Information Controller, we process your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy.

We shall (i) restrict access to the said information to the relevant team/s and (ii) remove the same from our database within six (6) months after the resolution of your concern.

You agree that by using Turks Customer Care, you consent to the processing of your personal information, and have read, understood and accepted this Privacy Policy.
